How come daycare says my baby is not fussy but he is with us?

when we take him home he gets fussy all the time. He wont sit in his saucer, swing, high chair, bumbo, bouncy. What can we do. he is four months. Sometimes when we hold him he is fine and then hes not. he isnt hungry when this is happening....daycare
because daycares lie through their teeth! likely they have way too many babies and the bare minimum state required adult ratio (if that) and so they leave your baby in a crib or swing until he cries himself out. then of course when you come they tell
