Ok. I am perfecting the art of BBQ'ing (smoking) Baby Back Ribs. This is my 3rd time cooking. This is what I do. I remove the membrane from the bottom of my rack, I then cover the rack in mustard then cover it with my generic store brand rub and let marinate
