Looking for a BBQ sauce recipe that tastes similar to Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce?

Does anyone know of a homemade version of Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce? We make a lot of things homemade but I can't do it with the BBQ sauce because nothing tastes better to me than theirs lol!!

Many of you have probably been asking "I wonder what Jim keeps in his refrigerator?" As a quasi-public figure, based on my monthly exposure in this fine newspaper, I've come to understand that people will be naturally curious about the things that I have and do. So, I'm happy to share. Besides, it's always good to do an occasional inventory of the refrigerator just to be sure that if someone calls asking to borrow, say, your Louisiana-style hot sauce, you know right away if you can help them.

To begin, like most folks, we have milk (half gallon), butter (three sticks and a half stick in the butter dish), and five eggs (need to put this on the shopping list).

On one shelf, besides the milk, there's a pot of tomato lentil soup that we made for dinner on Saturday and are enjoying leftovers from, a half-filled can of white/dark turkey meat that belongs to the cat, and an opened jar of pizza sauce (danger here, as I can't remember when we last made a homemade pizza; it's been in the back of the shelf for a while I guess).
